No. It’s an independent revision aid and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or any course provider. The questions are our own, written to the RES exam’s published format and to the rules in force today. They are not past exam questions.
There are two papers, each 2½ hours. Each has Section A, 60 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each, and Section B, 20 multiple-choice questions on one or two case studies worth 2 marks each. Our mock exams follow the same structure.
