No. It’s an independent revision aid and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) or any course provider. The questions are our own, written to the RES exam’s published format and to the rules in force today. They are not past exam questions.
There are two papers, each 2½ hours. Each has Section A, 60 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each, and Section B, 20 multiple-choice questions on one or two case studies worth 2 marks each. Our mock exams follow the same structure.

Yes. Your account works on one device at a time. Sign in on another device and it moves there, with your progress. This keeps accounts personal; if you’ve just changed phones and hit the limit, email us and we’ll sort it out.
